Lost your device? Use a recovery code
Each code works once. No codes? Ask an administrator to reset your two-step sign-in; you'll set it up again at your next sign-in.
Two-step sign-in is required. Add a passkey or an authenticator app to continue.
Your name
Passkeys
Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key. The quickest way to sign in.
Another device: this browser shows a QR code. Scan it with the other device's camera and confirm there with Face ID, a fingerprint or its PIN; Bluetooth needs to be on for both. Or simply sign in on the other device and add a passkey there. Devices that share a password manager, such as iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager, may already have your passkey.
Authenticator app
Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password and similar.
Scan this with the app, or enter the key by hand.
An authenticator app is on.
Recovery codes
If you lose every passkey and your authenticator app, a recovery code gets you past the second step once, so you can set up a new device. Keep them somewhere safe, such as a password manager.
Save these now. They won't be shown again. Each works once; creating new codes cancels these.

Who can sign in
Allowed domains
In domain mode, anyone with an email at these domains can sign in. The two-step rule also applies to people on the list from these domains; listed people from other domains always need two-step.
| Domain | Two-step |
|---|
Add people
Added people are on the authorized list: they can sign in in either mode, from any domain. They set up two-step sign-in the first time.

Assistant model
The AI model the Assistant uses, for everyone, on both pages. The change takes effect on the next question; open conversations continue on the new model. Every change is recorded in the audit trail.
Your activity
Every sign-in, sign-out and change to your account's security, newest first. The trail can't be edited or deleted, by anyone, including administrators.
